I am having trouble opening my Junior ISA - what do I do?

If you are experiencing an issue opening your Junior ISA online we would recommend trying a different browser. If this doesn't work please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to help.

What happens after I complete the application?

After you complete your application, we will set up your Junior ISA. A payment must be made for your Junior ISA to become active, so if you’ve scheduled your first payment for the future, your Junior ISA may not show in MyPlans until then.
